Welcome to Brown Bunny Farm Academy! By enrolling in our Holistic Health Practitioner Accreditation course, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Course Enrollment and Acceptance
1.1. Enrollment in the Holistic Health Practitioner Accreditation course requires the completion of the online application process, including submission of required documents and payment of applicable fees. 1.2. Acceptance into the program is at the discretion of Brown Bunny Farm Academy and will be communicated via email.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the program unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. 2.2. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to course materials and activities.
3. Course Materials and Intellectual Property
3.1. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, texts, and resources, are the intellectual property of Brown Bunny Farm Academy. 3.2. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal educational purposes only. 3.3. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or commercial use of course materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Code of Conduct
4.1. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during all online interactions. 4.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the program.
5. Academic Integrity
5.1. Students must maintain academic integrity and honesty in all coursework and assessments. 5.2. Plagiarism, cheating, or any other form of academic dishonesty will result in immediate disciplinary action.
6. Attendance and Participation
6.1. Regular attendance and active participation in all scheduled online activities and assessments are required. 6.2. Students must notify the academy in advance of any anticipated absences and provide appropriate documentation.
7. Technical Requirements
7.1. Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and internet access to participate in the online course. 7.2. Brown Bunny Farm Academy is not responsible for any technical issues or interruptions in service.
8. Course Completion and Certification
8.1. Certification as a Holistic Health Practitioner is contingent upon successful completion of all course requirements, including assessments and practical evaluations. 8.2. Brown Bunny Farm Academy reserves the right to withhold certification from students who fail to meet the program’s standards.
9. Withdrawal and Refund Policy
9.1. Students may withdraw from the program by providing written notice to the academy. 9.2. All Academy Sales are final. No refunds will be given for Holistic Health Practitioner Accreditation.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Brown Bunny Farm Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of course materials or participation in the program. 10.2. The academy’s total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will be limited to the amount of course fees paid by the student.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Brown Bunny Farm Academy operates. 11.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the academy’s dispute resolution policy.
12. Amendments
12.1. Brown Bunny Farm Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students via email and updated on the academy’s website.
